We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, the responsibility is ours, and we correct it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.
We pump the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replace paper and sanitizer supplies, and inspect the door and latch.
